Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To prepare operation breakdown, machine layout, arrange machines for the layout with the help of Manager.Preparing Non-Balancing & Balancing graphs of the line by checking cycle times of each operator & helper.To do time studies, production & capacity studies Monitoring hourly production.To do operator grading (According to company grading policies)Maintaining skill inventories of each line.Recording non-productive time (NPT) & taking action to reduce NPT.Method development & implementation.Reducing Non Value added processes.Cooperation & Coordination with Production Manager & Unit Chief.
