∎ BSc in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure various hardware & Customized Software support to all users in Respective working area.
∎ Ensure Network & Security support to all users in Respective working area.
∎ Ensure Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software support.
∎ Provide Training to all user's in working area about the MFIS, Office Application, Office 365, MS Teams, HRIS & others software.
∎ Manage User password as per organization password policy.
∎ Ensure support Laptop Safety Security (Antivirus) & Mobile Device Management system.
∎ Collaborate with Shakti bKash Principal Agent (bPAP)Project.
∎ Ensure following database-
∎ Working Area wise Employee Information
∎ Working Area Employee resign, new join and transfer information
∎ Working Area Employee Voice SIM information
∎ Working Area Data SIM information
∎ Working Area Employee Email, Teams, ERP, Shakti App and HRIS user information
∎ Working Area Branch Location information
∎ Working Area Network and Broadband Connection information
∎ Working Area all technical device information (Laptop, Printer, TAB, Biometric Device Router, Modem, IP camera, Mini UPS etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Salary: Tk. 28000 - 35000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Provident fund, Weekly 2 holidays, Gratuity
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 3
