Job Context:
∎ Location: Based at CARE Bangladesh Dhaka Office
∎ Duration: Duration of the contract will be up to February 20, 2023
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibility # 1: Provide backend software support (admin role) for 5 eLearning applications developed and deployed by JANO project (40% of the consultancy time will be allocated for this).:
∎ Ensure quality implementation of 5 eLearning apps by providing support as required
∎ Field monitoring to understand any constrain that requires technical backstopping
∎ Monitoring community coverage and reach of the eLearning application
∎ Assess the capacity of the end user of the learning app and modify UA as required
∎ Ensure regular supervision & management of the backend panel and adjust as necessary
∎ Keep the application dashboard up to date and retrieve and present information as required by the project team
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years relevant professional experience especially in ICT based project intervention
∎ Relevant experience in backend software support for android-based mobile application development
∎ Experience in developing eLearning applications for improving nutrition status of rural communities is preferred
∎ Technical experience in information based portal development in coordination/for the government is preferred
∎ Experience in Python, MySQL, C++, jQuery, ASP.NET, Oracle, SQL server, Web API is preferred
∎ Experience of program design and development desirable.
∎ Demonstrated understanding of gender and women’s empowerment.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
∎ Computer proficiency in MS words, MS-Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint.
