Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree on public health, social science or relevant degree

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop SOP on Hygiene promotion methodology.
∎ Propose and develop specific Hygiene Promotion for children.
∎ Organize the hygiene team on his various task such as regular hygiene promotion, menstrual hygiene, community mobilizing, complain mechanism and distribution.
∎ Initiate workshops for the Hygiene Promotion team in order to assure a good understanding of methodology, approach, tools.
∎ Organize regular discussion with the Hygiene promotion team leader Officer for a proper follow-up of the activities.
∎ Participate on the regular meeting and training on Hygiene promotion.
∎ Provide restitution and regular training or recall to the Hygiene Promotion team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill is required in English, Bangla, local language is a plus.
∎ Proven a minimum of 5 years' experience at similar position.
∎ Proven a minimum of 3 years' experience on management.
∎ Proven experience on KAP survey.
∎ Previous experience in international NGO will be consider as a plus.
∎ Proven previous experience on community participatory approach.
∎ A strong technical capacity is required for the position.
∎ Dynamic and positive personality is necessary for this position.
∎ Agree to comply with Tdh Code of Conduct and promote Child Safeguarding policy, Policy on the Protection Against Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) and the Policy on (Sexual) Harassment and Abuse of Authority.
∎ Report serious cases of abuse on children that she/he would be aware of in Tdh's intervention locations. Strict confidentiality must be respected.
∎ Adhere to and enforce current administrative and logistical regulations and procedures.
∎ Tdh intervenes without any affiliation for politics, religion or financial profit. He/she will direct his or her activities and engagements without preoccupation of political, racial or religious affiliation.

Salary: Tk. 54177 - 82609 (Monthly)
