Accountabilities (দায়িত্বসমূহ)

•        Performing tasks related to hygiene and disinfection according to protocols applied in the service, knowing and applying specific hygiene protocols and security rules .This includes but are not limited to the following: 

সেবার ক্ষেত্রে প্রয়োগকৃত প্রোটোকল অনুযায়ী স্বাস্থ্যবিধি ও জীবাণুমুক্তকরণ সম্পর্কিত কাজ সম্পাদন করা, নির্দিষ্ট  পরিচ্ছন্নতা প্রটোকল এবং  নিরাপত্তা বিধি জানা এবং প্রয়োগ করা। এর মধ্যে  নিম্নলিখিত কার্যক্রম অন্তর্ভূক্ত , তবে এগুলোর মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ নয়।

•        Maintaining clean and disinfected, the infrastructures allocated to his/her position including the furniture, doors, walls and floor and some medical material (rooms of patients, of consultation, laboratory, operating theatre, delivery room, mortuary, waiting room, staff room, storage room, kitchen, bathroom and latrines) applying specific protocols and using the tools and equipment provided. Cleaning floors, equipment, beds, toilets and showers according to protocols and schedule

       নির্দিষ্ট প্রোটোকল প্রয়োগ করে এবং প্রদত্ত সরঞ্জাম ও যন্ত্রপাতি ব্যবহার করে নিজের পদের জন্য বরাদ্দকৃত অবকাঠামোসমূহ, যার মধ্যে আসবাবপত্র, দরজা, দেয়াল ও মেঝে এবং কিছু চিকিৎসা সামগ্রী (রোগীর কক্ষ, পরামর্শ কক্ষ, পরীক্ষাগার, অপারেশন থিয়েটার, প্রসূতি কক্ষ, মর্গ, অপেক্ষাকক্ষ, স্টাফ রুম, স্টোরেজ রুম, রান্নাঘর, বাথরুম এবং শৌচাগার) অন্তর্ভুক্ত, পরিষ্কার ও জীবাণুমুক্ত রাখা। প্রোটোকল এবং সময়সূচী অনুযায়ী মেঝে, সরঞ্জাম, রোগীর বিছানা, টয়লেট এবং শাওয়ার পরিষ্কার করা।

•        Collecting and evacuating waste produced by medical structures to the designated site, previously sorted by medical staff and emptying out dustbins as often as necessary to ensure an efficient quality of care and safe environment

হাসপাতালে চিকিৎসা কর্মীদের দ্বারা পূর্বেই বাছাই করা উৎপন্ন বর্জ্য সংগ্রহ করে নির্ধারিত স্থানে নিয়ে যাওয়া এবং কার্যকর ও নিরাপদ পরিবেশ নিশ্চিত করার জন্য প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ডাস্টবিন খালি করা।

•        Raising awareness on hygiene and sanitation measures amongst patients, visitors, staff, mothers to use correctly the water distribution points, latrines, hand washing points and washing areas in collaboration with the nursing and health promotion team

নার্সিং ও স্বাস্থ্য  বিষয়ে প্রচারণা চালানো দলের সহযোগিতায় পানি সরবরাহ পয়েন্ট, শৌচাগার , হাত ধোয়ার  স্থান ও ধৌতকরণ এলাকার সঠিক ব্যবহার নিশ্চিত করার জন্য রোগী, পরিদর্শক, কর্মী ও মায়েদের  মধ্যে পরিচ্ছন্নতা ও স্যানিটেশন সক্রান্ত সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধি করা ।

•        Filling all water containers every morning (drinking water and hand washing points) and refilling when half full and for hand washing, ensuring soap is available

প্রতিদিন সকালে খাবার পানি ও হাত ধোয়ার সমস্ত পানির পাত্র ভরে রাখা এবং অর্ধেক পূর্ণ হলে ও হাত ধোয়ার জন্য পুনরায় ভর্তি করা, এবং সাবান আছে কিনা তা নিশ্চিত করা।

•        Installing mosquito nets as required for in-patient beds and carrying out laundry activities according to protocols

ভর্তি রোগীদের জন্য প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী মশারী স্থাপন করা এবং প্রোটোকল অনুসারে ধোয়ার  কাজ সম্পন্ন করা।

•        Ensuring proper use, storage and maintenance of the equipment and tools provided. Ensuring availability of hygiene and sanitation products, and draws up orders for on-going needs

        সরবরাহকৃত সরঞ্জাম ও যন্ত্রপাতির যথাযথ ব্যবহার, সংরক্ষণ এবং রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ নিশ্চিত করা। স্বাস্থ্যবিধি ও স্যানিটেশন সামগ্রীর প্রাপ্যতা নিশ্চিত করা এবং চলমান চাহিদার জন্য  অর্ডার করা ।

•        Reporting any repair or maintenance work needed related to hygiene to the supervisor, as well as any relevant information related to his/her responsibilities

      পরিচ্ছন্নতা সম্পর্কিত প্রয়োজনীয় যেকোনো মেরামত বা রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের কাজ এবং তার দায়িত্ব সম্পর্কিত যেকোনো প্রাসঙ্গিক তথ্য  সুপারভাইজারকে অবহিত করা । 

MSF Section/Context Specific Accountabilities (এমএসএফ বিভাগ/  কর্ম পরিবেশ অনুসারে নির্দিষ্ট  দায়িত্ব )

•            Ensuring that all water containers are maintained at full level with chlorinated water at all times.

                সব সময়  পানির পাত্র ক্লোরিনযুক্ত  পানি দিয়ে পূর্ণ রাখা ।

•            Maintain the waste water buckets as much as possible in an empty condition at all times. 

              দূষিত পানির বালতিগুলো সর্বদা যথাসম্ভব খালি রাখুন।

•            Ensuring that all water points have soap and towels for hand-washing purposes at all times.

   পানি সরবরাহ পয়েন্টে হাত ধোয়ার সাবান ও তোয়ালে আছে কিনা তা নিশ্চিত করা।

•            Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of the aqua filter according to MSF protocols and report timely any dis-   

                functioning to the Facility Supervisor.

 এমএসএফ প্রোটোকল অনুযায়ী অ্যাকোয়া ফিল্টারের নিয়মিত পরিষ্কার ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করুন এবং ফিল্টারের যে কোন  সমস্যায় সময়মতো ফ্যাসিলিটি সুপারভাইজারকে জানান।

•            Following up and reporting any incidence of missing MSF property.

  এমএসএফ-এর কোনো সম্পত্তি হারিয়ে গেলে তার ফলো-আপ করা এবং রিপোর্ট করা।

•            Training personnel on the importance of hygiene and sanitation.

             স্বাস্থ্যবিধি ও স্যানিটেশনের গুরুত্ব বিষয়ে কর্মীদের অভিহিত করা।

•            Participate in hygiene related health education sessions when possible.

  স্বাস্থ্যবিধি সম্পর্কিত সেশন সংক্রান্ত  কার্যক্রমে অংশগ্রহণ করা।

- Salary per month according to level two (2) of the internal MSF salary grid (BDT 35000/- gross). Income tax deduction from salary will be applicable based on the current income tax rule.

এমএসএফ এর বেতন কাঠামো অনুযায়ী লেভেল (২) অনুসারে প্রতি মাসে ( বেতন ৩৫০০০ টাকা মোট) । বর্তমান আয়কর আইন অনুযায়ী বেতন করের আওতাভুক্ত হলে আয়কর কর্তন প্রযোজ্য হবে।

- 2 annual leave days per month worked.

প্রতি মাসে কাজের জন্য ২ দিনের বার্ষিক ছুটি।

- Medical insurance for employee and direct dependents based on MSF Health Care Policy

এমএসএফ হেলথ কেয়ার পলিসি অনুযায়ী কর্মচারী এবং তাদের সরাসরি নির্ভরশীলদের জন্য চিকিৎসা ভাতা পাবেন।

- 2 Festival Bonuses after completion of one year of uninterrupted service of the original position

এক বছর নিরবচ্ছিন্ন কাজের পর , ২টি উৎসব বোনাস প্রদান করা হবে।
