Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA /MBA in Human Resource Management and/or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.

Job Context:
∎ Under the supervision of the Senior HR Coordinator, the Human Resources (HR) Officer will guides and manages the provision of Human Resources services. S/he serves as a strategic partner, aligning RI objectives. In collaboration with the Senior HR Coordinator, he or she will manages efficient staff recruitment & Onboarding, code of conduct compliance, employee engagement, Ensure proper Database & HR Strategic Report management for RI, Bangladesh.
∎ Duty Station: Cox`s Bazar (With frequent travel to field offices/Camps as required)
∎ Report To: Senior Human Resources Coordinator
∎ Department: Human Resources
∎ Expected Start Date: At Earliest
∎ Contract length: Up to December 31, 2021 (With possibility of Extension subject to funding, program needs and performance of incumbent)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the recruitment & selection through job advertisements, screening job applications, interview scheduling, interviewing, selecting candidates, salary negotiation, perform reference check and confirm the process of job offering and appointment.
∎ Ensure HR teams are following proper compliance in recruitment and selection process and provide necessary feedback to the team and inform Sr. HR coordinator about that suggest corrective actions.
∎ Work closely with the program about JD development, update the JD, store it for present in demand, share this with employees, provide answer for necessary query in this regards.
∎ Maintain & Develop Organogram for every Department.
∎ Maintain Recruitment Tracker, onboarding tracker and reporting and provide necessary feedback to management.
∎ Ensure proper documentation are followed in recruitment process, take necessary approval.
∎ To ensure proper and effective onboarding process for national staff.
∎ Make sure that employees' files are auditable at all times as per RI standards and any relevant donors' requirements.
∎ Maintain Recruitment Process Paper as well as Proper Database.
∎ Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers.
∎ Receive Recruitment requisition from different Programs head & justify the needs by approved Budget line.
∎ Ensuring RI recruitment compliance, procedures and policies.
∎ Prepare various kinds of HR related Reports as an when needed.
∎ Circulate the new joining, introduce them, email ID creation and overall help them to settle down.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by supervisor time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good experience in recruitment & selection
∎ Advance skills in MS Excel & MS Office.
∎ Proactive and positive attitude
∎ Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in Bengali and English.
∎ INGO experience is strongly preferred.
∎ A team builder with excellent people skills; culturally sensitive and has the ability and interest to identify and work with a multicultural team.

Salary:
∎ Total Salary BDT: 70,451 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Medical allowance, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Two festival bonuses in a year equivalent to one Gross salary.
∎ Severance (8.33% of the monthly Gross salary) goes with the monthly release of the salary
