Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directly supervising 6 CP Case Management Officers of 14 Multi-Purpose Centers of CP and 2 GBV Case Management Supervisors of 8 entry points for GBV Case Management;
∎ Coordinate, monitoring, supervise and providing technical support to GBV and Child Protection case management program's activities;
∎ Providing direct case management support to high risk cases and organizing case coordination meeting and case conference for supporting high risk cases;
∎ Monitoring verification and registration support cases and BID Cases of child protection case management;
∎ Ensuring GBV and Child Protection case management case files, data based system (GBV IMS and CP IMS) is in confidentiality, safe and systematically manage according to data protection policies and Information sharing protocol;
∎ Ensure GBV and Child Protection case management inputs and review in program's reports (monthly, quarterly, mid-year and final);
∎ Capacity building of GBV and Child Protection staff to strengthen their technical knowledge and capabilities on GBV and Child Protection case management;
∎ Arranging weekly and monthly meetings with GBV and CP Case Management Teams and working improving the quality of case management services;
∎ Develop and maintain strategic relationship with the Government , Donor , CP and GBV Subsectors and ensuring to raise challenges and feedbacks related to case management and responds to them in a timely manner;
∎ Participate in case management and protection-related Cluster/Sector/Sub-sector meetings and any relevant technical working groups on behalf of the organization and contribute to the development of relevant SOP, to further build organization's visibility in the protection sector;
∎ Direct management of budget, procurement requests and human resources processes (recruitment) in coordination with the relevant departments;
∎ Support survivors of Gender-based Violence and child survivor at Relief International safe shelter as required.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual report of case management services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least Two years' experience working in I/NGO in Cox's Bazar and in Case Management/ GBV/ CP (in refugee context is preferable).
∎ Experience working in the Humanitarian context and emergencies.
∎ Good knowledge of and experience in using established inter-agency and Donor standards and guidelines.
∎ Cultural awareness and sensitivity, prior experience in Rohingya camps is preferable
∎ Strong background and skills in facilitating trainings, coaching and mentoring others
∎ Familiarity with CP minimum standard, GBV guiding principle, PSEA, Safeguarding and IASC MHPSS guideline.
∎ Competency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
∎ Enthusiasm to learn
∎ Optimistic and friendly
∎ Flexibility
∎ Excellent communication skill in Bengali and English. Fluency in Rohingya or Chittagonian dialect is an asset.
