Educational Requirements:
∎ A university master's degree in human resources, Master of Business Administration, in addition Diploma in Personnel Management.
Job Context:
∎ Tdh has been working for children in Bangladesh since 1974. We strengthen community and government actors to provide access to quality health care with a special focus on mother and child health and nutrition. We support WASH in Health Care Facilities. We are working on child protection, and we support a large research program tackling the worst forms of child labour. In addition, we are doing emergency preparedness and response for flood-affected populations. In Cox`s Bazar, the Humanitarian Department provide emergency aid in health, nutrition, child protection and WASH in the makeshift camps, Rohingya refugees and host communities. Tdh is in the process of changing its working modality from direct project implementation to working through partners.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 60 years
∎ Knowledge of development and humanitarian work of the NGO sector.
∎ At least three years of significant experience in a similar position.
∎ Excellent writing, reporting, and communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Knowledge of donor procedures (PRM, GIZ, and other institutional and private donors).
∎ Office Packs such as proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
∎ Knowledge of working on the HOMERE or similar applications.
∎ In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
∎ Fluent in Chittagonian Dialect/ Rohingya Dialect would be an added advantage.
Salary: Tk. 86000 (Monthly)
