∎ Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and HR best practices.

∎ Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
∎ Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional teams.

∎ Maintain compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and ISO standards.
∎ Manage payroll, leave, attendance, and HRIS systems.
∎ Conduct training & development programs to support staff performance.
∎ Lead organizational development and succession planning initiatives.
