Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Masters/Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from local or international reputed Universities.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is responsible for overall Human Resources of the Company across Bangladesh and its quarry operations in Meghalaya, India. The position shall be reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and shall be the member of the Executive Committee (Exco) of the Company. Based at Head Office, Dhaka, the position shall be managing around 700 permanent employees and shall be involved in the country strategic matters.

∎ RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Strategic Recruitment and selection of quality resources to reinforce the skill & leadership profile of key managers.
∎ Develop and implement HR Policies, Process & practices with a clear objective to foster performance culture and building an effective & successful workforce.
∎ Talent management, people development, performance management, career and succession planning etc.
∎ Identify Training & Development needs to continuously develop and nurture the talents, plan and implement effective T&D strategy. Competency Gap Analysis for the key positions. Reward & Recognition schemes to differentiate, encourage and motivate good performers.
∎ Plan and implement fully automated efficient HRIS Systems with an aim to implement Paper Less Office, change management initiatives & process owner of HR Budget.
∎ Implement efficient Industrial Relations strategy, ensure full compliance with applicable laws, including Labor Laws. Ensure uninterrupted operations 365 days in a year.
∎ Acts as the principal contact with Regional HR team in matters related to International Mobilization, cultural diversity, and corporate reporting and change management initiatives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 15 years of related experience. Experience in Strategic HR, Competency gap analysis, Hay Job Evaluation shall be preferred.
∎ Wide Knowledge in overall Organization Development plan and talent management.
∎ Leadership skill & communication skill.
∎ The position is open for both national and international candidates.
