Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/BBA, Masters/MBA in HRM/Management/Business Studies from reputed public or private university

Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that vacancy announcements are standardized and are in line with benchmark for each position.
∎ Arrange for internal and external job vacancy advertisements to attract a pool of potential candidates.
∎ Help administer suitable tests and interview and participate in the interview board for selecting best candidates.
∎ Ensure that primarily selected candidates reference checks are done properly.
∎ Ensure that job offers and appointment letters are issued to finally selected candidates on agreed time frame.
∎ Review the request from project and field offices for staff requirement.
∎ Prepare and submit reports on staff recruitment and status changes.
∎ Make sure that staff contract renewals are being made as per policies and time line.
∎ Help to Issue promotion, re-designation, contract amendment etc, letters to the staff based on recommendations by interview board members and supervisors.
∎ Ensure that staff transfer mechanisms are in place and are coordinated with MABFO as well as projects fields offices before making transfer decisions.
∎ Update employee’s personnel and confidential files.
∎ Prepare PCF of new employees for all types of contract.
∎ Sort out all personnel action provided from MABFO and keep it in an organized way.
∎ Maintain recruitment files.
∎ Information collection for key factor assignment through e-mail from newly joined staff and disseminate to the concerned persons
∎ Information collection for key factor assignment from existing staff who has gone through any sort of change like transfer, promoted, re designation etc.
∎ Give clarification of different policy and procedure of HR Manual against different queries.
∎ To become well versed on HR related policies from MA Intranet, especially, conflict of interest, safeguarding policy and procedure, code of conduct and so on.
∎ Give counselling and motivation to different staff.
∎ Providing information to assist the audit process.
∎ Ensures that resignation cases are duly handled and promptly settled.
∎ Issues Acceptance of Resignation of all graded employees
∎ Maintains Employee Turnover report and Exit Questionnaires of resigned staff
∎ Frequent field visits are required or as assigned by supervisor
∎ To ensure all records are maintained and stored appropriately in line with MA document management and IT policies.
∎ To comply with all policies, procedures, legal and regulatory requirements.
∎ Any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of work experience as an HR officer/ HR Executive, Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruitment Manager or a similar role.
∎ Knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law
∎ Knowledge/Experience on grievance or complaints handling or methods/procedures of resolving.
∎ Knowledge/Experience on procuring goods and services, tendering, RFP/RFQ drafting; developing ToR
∎ Proficient with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
∎ Knowledge/Experience on administration and HR system of INGOs or NGOs
∎ Knowledge on compensation and benefit package management
∎ Knowledge on performance management
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with people at various levels.
∎ Good team work skills with the ability to work with different and sometime conflicting agendas.
∎ Good organization, coordination and project management skills.
∎ IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn and use any software adopted by Muslim Aid.
∎ Ability to adapt to changing deadlines and priorities.
∎ Ability to work in and with a diverse team.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative.
∎ Ability to analyze and assess complex situations and develop policies.
∎ Willingness to travel at very short notice.

Salary: Tk. 45000 - 54000 (Monthly)
