Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Masters in any discipline from any reputed institute.
∎ PGDHRM will be preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act with recruitment & selection procedure of workers, staffs and officers
∎ Prepare & issue ID cards for workers and staffs
∎ To maintain & prepare employee 'Resign List' and 'New Recruitment List' for every running month.
∎ Prepare & issue increment letter, promotion letter & transfer letter to workers and staffs according to approval by the top management
∎ Prepare and issue letter for outgoing workers
∎ Prepare final settlement paper for outgoing workers
∎ Proper documentation of personal file, service book, record of employee/ staffs
∎ To help in arranging training program for workers & staffs on PPE, MSDS, salary break down, leave procedure, first aid, grievance procedure, fire fighting, health & safety, compensation, benefit etc.
∎ Deal with disciplinary action of employees & staffs

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in BEPZA
∎ Experience in Factory HR will get preference.

Salary: Negotiable
