Responsibilities & Context:

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Prepare job circulars and post on relevant platforms.

  • Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.

  • Conduct interviews along with department heads.

  • Maintain candidate database and hiring reports.

2. Employee Onboarding

  • Complete joining formalities and documentation.

  • Introduce new employees to company policies and culture.

  • Arrange orientation and training sessions.

3. Attendance & Payroll Support

  • Monitor employee attendance and leave records.

  • Coordinate with accounts for monthly payroll processing.

  • Ensure timely submission of salary sheets, overtime, and allowances.

4. Employee Relations

  • Handle employee queries and grievances professionally.

  • Ensure a healthy work environment and resolve conflicts.

  • Maintain discipline and support HR policies.

5. HR Administration

  • Maintain employee files and confidential records.

  • Prepare HR letters (appointment, confirmation, warning, etc.).

  • Manage office administrative tasks when needed.

6. Performance Management

  • Track employee performance and KPI progress.

  • Assist in appraisal processes and review meetings.

7. Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure company compliance with labor laws.

  • Update and implement HR policies, rules, and procedures.
