Job Context:
∎ Shatarupa Group, one of the growing textile manufacturer and distributor companies in Bangladesh, is inviting applications for a competent, visionary and motivated Team Leader for its Human Resources Department.
∎ We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable professional HR Leader, who can manage all the operations of the company smoothly and effectively and has the patience to work with startup mindset & 100% dedication.
∎ The objective is to ensure all HR needs of the company along with all business objectives are met consistently and smoothly.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic HR Planning: To define clear and achievable goals, objectives, and priorities in alignment with the organization's mission and strategy for the team and ensure everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
∎ Talent Acquisition: To recruit, train, and develop team members with the right skills and competencies for the team's success to create a cohesive and high-performing team. Also ensure company's core values are embedded in every employee & driving them accordingly.
∎ Employee Relations: To keep the team motivated and engaged by recognizing achievements, providing opportunities for growth, and fostering a positive work environment with a sense of purpose to keep them engaged and focused on achieving goals.
∎ Team Management: To implement initiatives with a view to moving forward by leading whole team for overall improvement of the company by restructuring, changing and expanding the company from its current state.
∎ Succession Planning: To identify and groom potential leaders within the company. Also ensure effective relationships and retention by identifying high-potential employees through regular coaching, mentoring and support.
∎ Budgeting & Monitoring: To execute company's overall annual planning, budget preparing, monitoring and procedures including HR.
∎ Compensation and Benefits: To Administer compensation programs and benefits packages & to attract and retain high-performing employees. Efficiently allocating and managing resources, whether it's budget, personnel, time or equipment to optimize team performance.
∎ Decision-Making: To make informed and timely decisions, often in collaboration with the team, to drive progress and achieve objectives.
∎ Problem Solving: To Identify and resolve challenges, obstacles, and bottlenecks that may hinder the team's progress. Effectively manage conflicts and disputes within the team, striving for resolution and maintaining a harmonious work environment.
∎ Effective Communication: To facilitate open and transparent communication within the team, across with other departments or stakeholders, and with upper management.
∎ Delegation: To delegate tasks and responsibilities appropriately, trusting team members to deliver results. Also assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and capabilities, while also encouraging autonomy and accountability.
∎ Performance Management: To assess team members performance regularly, provide constructive feedback, and assist in their development. Also implement KPI based performance management system suitable for the company.
∎ Compliance: To ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and regulations. Also ensure that the team's work meets quality standards and aligns with the company's objectives and performance metrics.
∎ HR Metrics and Analytics: To utilize data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and improve team efficiency and improve HR processes.
∎ Diversity and Inclusion: To promote diversity and inclusion within the organization & ensure a positive, high-performing organization culture.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Candidate must have skills in leading all departments including the HR department.
∎ Must have ability to drive the company forward by implementing modern HR practices.
∎ Should have at least 3 to 5 years working experience as HR Manager, HR Head, HR In charge in at least 1 to 2 companies in the past.
∎ Must have a mindset of always looking for solutions rather than focusing on problems.
∎ Candidates have to be dedicated, smart thinker and strategic in order to reconstruct, reshape, remap whole company and reap the benefits.
∎ Candidate should have skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Bengali and English Typing. Besides, should have skills in handling ERP software and generating regular basis reports.
∎ Practical experience as a senior or top-level leader or Head of the Department in textile sector is a plus.
∎ Must have detailed, in-depth and functional knowledges as per industry specific compliance.
∎ Must have dedicated skills and abilities to effectively manage and develop a high-performing team.
∎ Must have exceptional problem solving and decision-making abilities.
∎ Must work with result-oriented mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
∎ Must have 100% integrity, loyalty and confidentiality towards the company.

∎ ***Monthly Salary is paid every month and will be paid twice every month i.e. at 15 days intervals.
