∎ Minimum 04 (four) years' working experience in HR i.e. (Compensation & Organizational Development, Performance Management, HR Operations & Recruitment) in any reputed organization. Candidates currently working in HR of Private Commercial Banks will get preference.
∎ Age : Not exceeding 40 Years (relaxable for deserving candidates)
