Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training process to build a high-performing team.
- Create and maintain employee performance and evaluation systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace ethics.
- Design and optimize daily operational workflows across departments (sales, warehouse, outlets, logistics).
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational budgets.
- Coordinate between management, outlets, and online teams for seamless execution.
- Lead employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
- Develop SOPs to standardize HR and operational processes.
- Report directly to top management with insights and recommendations for organizational improvement.
