Additional Requirements:
  • Post-Graduation in any discipline with no third class/Division in the previous academic career.

  • Post-graduation in Management or HRM will be an added advantage.

  • Having an HR-related professional degree will be an added advantage.

  • Sound knowledge of the Bangladesh Labor Law (BLA) and the Bangladesh Labor Rules (BLR).

  • Sound knowledge of MS Package – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Attract talent and manage the hiring process in an effective manner

  • Reviewing job applications, conducting interviews, and hiring talent in an efficient and timely manner

  • Formulating and interpreting HR policies aligned with the Bangladesh Labor Law, rules, and industry practice

  • Handling Disciplinary and grievance Issues in accordance with the concerned policy, procedure, and regulatory compliance

  • Ensuring timely disposal of disciplinary and compliance-related decisions to concerned stakeholders

  • Designing and implementing new processes/tools for the benefit of the bank

  • Evaluate own system and policies in comparison to industry

  • Ensuring smooth separation of employees and calculating end-of-service benefits in accordance with the concerned policy of the Bank

  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

  • Assisting the HRMIS unit by keeping and updating information in the system

  • Any other job/responsibility as and when assigned by the Management of the Bank
