Additional Requirements:
Post-Graduation in any discipline with no third class/Division in the previous academic career.
Post-graduation in Management or HRM will be an added advantage.

Sound knowledge of the Bangladesh Labor Law (BLA) and the Bangladesh Labor Rules (BLR).
Sound knowledge of MS Package – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
Attract talent and manage the hiring process in an effective manner
Reviewing job applications, conducting interviews, and hiring talent in an efficient and timely manner
Formulating and interpreting HR policies aligned with the Bangladesh Labor Law, rules, and industry practice
Handling Disciplinary and grievance Issues in accordance with the concerned policy, procedure, and regulatory compliance
Ensuring timely disposal of disciplinary and compliance-related decisions to concerned stakeholders
Designing and implementing new processes/tools for the benefit of the bank
Evaluate own system and policies in comparison to industry
Ensuring smooth separation of employees and calculating end-of-service benefits in accordance with the concerned policy of the Bank
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Assisting the HRMIS unit by keeping and updating information in the system
Any other job/responsibility as and when assigned by the Management of the Bank
