Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline preferably in HRM, English and Management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carrying out structured duties in respect to recruitment, drafting vacancy announcements for review, sorting and screening of CVs as per announced criteria, arranging interview, calling candidates etc. and assisting the Head of HR and the Senior Manager (HR) and Manager (HR) in all other processes of recruitment as required.
∎ Processing and organizing preparation of letters of employment, contracts, promotion, transfer, reassignment, termination, retirement, confirmation in service etc.
∎ Orientation and induction of the new staff up to Grade F if not otherwise instructed.
∎ Inputting HR data in the HR database.
∎ Undertaking field visits as and when required and advised for specific tasks to be performed.
∎ Prepare various HR related letters.
∎ Carrying out any other assignments given by the Head of HR as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 02 (two) years' relevant experience in a similar position in any national or reputed non-governmental organization.
∎ Computer Skill, Communication Skills etc.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Willing to travel at field level frequently.

Salary: Tk. 22500 - 24500 (Monthly)

The vast majority of staff are in field positions, with specialist sectoral and support units in Rangpur and Dhaka.
