Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary HR Manager – HR to lead our engineering sector
- Manage employee relations documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures
- Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning for key positions
- Ensure smooth execution of Performance Management System (PMS), KPI setting, and employee evaluations
- Maintain strict compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law
- Plan and execute employee engagement, and retention programs
