∎ Also We Maya Corporation are going to lunching some new Chain restaurant in Dhaka. For That Maya Corporation is now looking for a talented person for the following position:
∎ We are looking for an Experienced Hotel HR Manager to oversee all staff-related procedures and craft HR strategies in alignment with our business needs for Maya Corporation.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ HR Manager/ Deputy Manager Responsibilities:
∎ Design hiring plans for all hotel & restaurant departments based on seasonal needs from Head Office
∎ Ensure appropriate placement and Coordinated the induction/ orientation program of new employees as and when required.
∎ Interview and assess job candidates
∎ Manage compensation and benefits plans
∎ Oversee employee attendance and working schedules, including paid time off, overtime and breaks
∎ Organize employee records, like contracts, paying special attention to work permits and visas
∎ Implement employee retention programs (like end-of-season bonuses)
∎ Coordinate accommodation, catering and transport for our staff when necessary
∎ Schedule & Conducting trainings for all hotel employees
∎ Ensure hotel staff complies with relevant health and safety regulations
∎ Work with and assist Manager, Admin to review performance appraisal.
∎ Coordinate in processing employee's annual performance appraisal in HR department.
∎ Arranged different training program guided by Manager, Admin
∎ Performed any other activities which may be assigned from time to time
∎ Should keep abreast with the modern HR system.
∎ Modernize each and every activity into computerized system;
∎ Keep abreast with the modern technology;
∎ Do things efficiently and effectively;
∎ Develop and update HR policy, manual etc.
∎ Any other tasks as and when assign by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required:
∎ Hotel HR Management, Learning and Development, Organizational Development.
∎ Presentation Skills
∎ Hard Worker
∎ Hotel Experience in HR DEPARTMENT will get preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): >>> General Administration, General HR, Hotel HR or any Hospitality Sector
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): >>> Hotel or Hospital or other hospitality sector
∎ Work experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry
∎ Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll software
∎ Understanding of labor legislation with an emphasis on part-time and overtime regulations
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Additional diploma in Hotel Management is a plus
