Responsibilities & Context:
As an HR Intern, you will:
Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Support the onboarding of new hires and maintain employee records
Help organize HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities
Assist in drafting HR policies and documentation
Manage HR databases and ensure data accuracy
Provide support in daily administrative HR tasks
