Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 27 years
∎ BBA/MBA in (HRM, Management, or equivalent).
∎ Excellent english writing and communication skills.
∎ Advanced level proficiency in MS office suite. (Especially in MS Excel and google spreadsheets).
∎ Comfortable with public speaking.
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply.
∎ Working time: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ( 6 days in a week).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Human Resource Officer is responsible for ensuring the dissemination and implementation of the Human Resources policies and practices. Provide general day-to-day HR services to the field-based employees.
∎ Assist in recruitment & Selection Process that includes job advertisement, CV Screening, scheduling interviews, maintaining interview records.
∎ Prepare job description and specifications for the entire department.
∎ Conduct background check, reference check and verify identity before confirming employment.
∎ Maintain employee records including personal file, leave, attendance, etc.
∎ Provide ID card, Visiting card to the employees in a timely manner.
∎ Management equipment stock inventory, ensuring availability and proper distribution.
∎ Maintain up-to-date records of office equipment/devices allocated to the employees.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Job Context:
