Location: Corporate Headquarters, Mirpur (Travel to chain locations required)

Reports To: CEO / Board of Directors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Optimize staffing to meet the dynamic needs of the food service industry.

  • Financial Management: Control HR and admin budgets, drive cost efficiency, and maximize profitability.

  • Facilities & Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulations.

  • Supplier & Inventory: Oversee procurement of high-quality ingredients at competitive costs.

  • Training & Development: Implement programs for customer service, food safety, and operational excellence.

  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture to reduce turnover and boost retention.

  • Technology Integration: Leverage HR and inventory systems to enhance efficiency.
