Additional Requirements:
  • At least 5+ Years in IT management with 3+ years in hospitality/fast food. Expertise in POS systems, cloud computing(AWS/Azure),and ERP integrations

  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles, with expertise in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.

  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, social media platforms, email marketing best practices, and PPC advertising techniques.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms for optimizing marketing performance and driving business growth.

  • Proficiency in IT operations, including website management, cyber security protocols, and IT infrastructure management.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement.

  • Ability to stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, adapting strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

IT Operations Responsibilities:

  • Website Management: Oversee website maintenance, updates, and functionality to ensure optimal performance, user experience, and alignment with digital marketing goals.

  • IT Integration: Identify opportunities for IT integration to enhance digital marketing efforts, collaborating with IT teams to implement solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Data Analytics Collaboration: Collaborate with IT and data analytics teams to analyse marketing data, derive actionable insights, and optimize digital marketing strategies for better performance.

  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues impacting digital marketing operations promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain continuity.

  • Cyber security Awareness: Maintain cyber security awareness within the team, educating members on cyber security protocols, best practices, and potential risks to mitigate threats effectively.

  • Disaster Recovery Planning: Develop and implement a disaster recovery plan to manage digital risks, ensuring business continuity and data protection in the event of unforeseen incidents.

  • Budget Oversight: Manage IT budgets effectively, allocating resources appropriately, and maintaining vendor relationships to support digital marketing needs while optimizing costs.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with organizational goals, leveraging various channels to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

  • Content Creation: Generate compelling and relevant content for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns, to engage target audiences effectively.

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings, enhance visibility, and drive organic traffic through effective SEO strategies.

  • Social Media Management: Manage and curate content across social media platforms, interact with followers, and execute paid advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

  • Email Marketing: Plan, create, and execute email campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and promote products or services, leveraging segmentation and personalization strategies for maximum impact.

  • Pay Per Click (PPC) Advertising: Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media to drive targeted traffic and achieve specific marketing objectives.

  • Marketing Automation: Implement marketing automation tools and workflows to streamline processes, automate repetitive tasks, and effectively nurture leads through the sales funnel.

  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct research and analysis of competitors to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, informing strategic decisions and staying ahead in the digital landscape.

  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets for digital marketing activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation and return on investment (ROI) across various channels and campaigns.
