Age 23 to 33 years Excellent communication abilities, including speaking, writing and active listening.
You have to talk throughout the full shift in English,

Great customer service skills, including a personable and positive attitude.
Good computer skills, including basic troubleshooting and using word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and email software applications.
Problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
Proven experience in customer service or a related role is preferred
Human Resources Responsibilities
* Process onboarding and hiring of HHAs, PCAs, nurses, and office staff
* Verify employee documentation including:
* I-9 and employment eligibility
* Physical examinations
* HHA/PCA certificates
* Reference checks
* CHRC and staff compliance documents
* Maintain employee personnel files and ensure all records are updated
* Monitor employee expiration dates for physicals, in-services, certifications, and annual requirements
* Coordinate employee orientations and mandatory in-service training
* Assist staff with payroll, timesheets, and HR-related inquiries
Compliance Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with New York State DOH and LHCSA regulations
* Track employee compliance status and follow up on missing documents
* Maintain accurate records in agency systems including HHA-Exchange and document management platforms
* Assist during DOH audits, surveys, and internal compliance reviews
* Monitor annual in-services and supervisory requirements
* Support preparation of compliance reports and corrective action documentation
* Ensure all employee records are maintained confidentially and in accordance with HIPAA requirements
