Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute to execute HR strategies with focus on the quality team
∎ Partner in manpower planning, focusing on the maintenance of a backup manpower pool to ensure that no resource gap is happening in quality team
∎ Consult with Divisional Quality Manager (DQM), Quality Assurance Manager (QAM), In-Line Supervisor and team members to identify and analyze learning needs, and develop the Strategic and Unit learning plans for assigned QC team
∎ Fully deliver all HR interventions to the function through professional execution of HR strategies and processes (i.e. Recruitment & Selection, Performance management, Culture initiatives, resignations, Grievances, etc.) for the team
∎ Spearhead the induction/onboarding program and settling of new recruits of Quality Team members
∎ Partner with DQM, QAM and advise on people management issues & develop employee to grow into new role
∎ Contribute as a member of HR for quality team in achieving the deliverables of functional agreements and KPIs
∎ Work with DQM, QAM to address employee issues and assist with performance management
∎ Drive Talent review process in quality department to ensure right people at the right job with right skills and at a right cost
∎ Facilitate all members of the team to understand and support the vision as well as strategy of the business
∎ Work closely with Quality team in factories and collaborate to develop process & and ensure implementation of HR practices where applicable
∎ Continuously develop the business awareness through active participation in functional meetings, projects, discussions, etc., to ensure HR is contributing in its role 13. Develop internal trainer pool for the functional training
∎ Will act as a single point of contact for the Quality team members from the HR team and will be associated further
∎ Supervise and monitor subordinates' performance and help them grow within their role

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years’ experience as HRBP or in the Human Resources department in similar role in Factory setting or Buying Office in the Apparel industry
∎ Should have good understanding of the Quality function within the Apparel Industry.
∎ Should have adept understanding of Labor Law and employment regulations
∎ Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
∎ High quality relationship management, influencing, mediating skills
∎ Strategic thinking, planning and analysis skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to support the management of change
∎ Presence and credibility to work with the executive team and senior colleagues across the ZXY
∎ Highly organized and able to manage a broad portfolio of activities
∎ High quality personal governance and commitment to organizational values
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
