Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in Recruitment and Selection activities for the worker level employment in the factory.
∎ Head Count and absent report Check.
∎ To build up smooth relationship with workers & floor staffs.
∎ Find out the improvement areas in HR and admin related activities in the floor and recommend the possible solutions.
∎ Maintain HR database Prepare & issue ID cards for workers.
∎ To assist attendance report, leave record, salary and OT sheets.
∎ To ensure work place safety, cleaning & hygiene matter of the factory.
∎ Any others task assigned by the management.
