Educational Requirements:
∎ At least masters degree in management studies from Govt. recognized university with 3 years' experience in HR management, office administration and procurement.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain HR related records and paper works like from advertisement to contract letter issue.
∎ Staff and intern database update periodically
∎ Maintain Staff leave record , time sheet , update staff list and staff bank account update.
∎ Conduct recruitment process , employee health and safety issues etc.
∎ Professional Communication with partner organizations and other stakeholders globally.
∎ Maintain legal and compliance issues of Human resources of the organization
∎ Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding and conduct training programs.
∎ Assist staff annual evaluation, increment, bonus, etc.
∎ Conduct background check while recruiting new staff and report to the top management before making final decision.
∎ Clear understanding and implementation of current labour law and other practiced HR rules in Bangladesh.
∎ Assist procurement process of product and service for the organization.
∎ Assist to conduct events / workshops by collecting quotations, making comparative statement for senior management to decide finally.
∎ Provide logistics support to the projects, maintain stock of office supplies and inventories.
∎ Other secretarial support like issuance of salary certificate, experience certificate, Visa letter / NOC etc.
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor and director of the organization.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable based on Academic Qualification and Experience
