Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Familiarity with HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) is an advantage.
∎ Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
∎ Experience in office administration and facilities management.
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
∎ Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
∎ Oversee payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
∎ Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
∎ Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
∎ Organize training and development programs for employees.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
∎ Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
