Job Context:
∎ "Fly Far International" is a full-paced, well-renowned OTA (Online Travel Agency) in Dhaka City, Bangladesh. We provide Air tickets, Hotels, visas, Tour & Holiday packages services Worldwide. We are becoming the complete tour assistant of our valuable customer
∎ This role includes supporting the development and implementation of HR & Admin initiatives and systems. Providing counseling on policies and procedures. Being actively involved in leave management, letter distribution. Ensure all HR/Admin operational processes.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the factory HR and compliance team by ensuring the team is fully aware of their role and expectation.
∎ Ensure discipline and proper administrative control in the factory
∎ Manage and control departmental expenditure within the agreed budget
∎ Monitor, review and implement policies and practices related to employee welfare
∎ Ensure compliance to all regulatory and statutory requirements
∎ Assist Plant head and COO to prepare yearly manpower plan.
∎ Recruit, retain, and maintain a pool of talents in the organization as per business objectives by ensuring recruitment and other related policies.
∎ Liaise with other functional/ departmental heads so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose, and achievements.
∎ Ensure IR and employee relation issues are properly addressed, especially grievances and disciplinary procedures are attended as per law of the land.
∎ Implement various employee engagement initiatives to keep the workforce motivated and with high morale
∎ Ensure on-time performance appraisal and KRA review process are maintained in the factory
∎ Develop, implement, and maintain training and development activities for both management and non-management employees to cater to their learning and growth aspiration
∎ Manage and implement proactive relationships with universities, organizations, training institutions, and professional networks.
∎ Develop and maintain healthy relations with government and non-government and various local bodies for better functioning of the organization
∎ Develop subordinates and ensure good teamwork.
∎ Ensure continual improvement of work process and of self-development.
∎ Good organization, time management and scheduling skills
∎ Basic bookkeeping experience, especially in accounts payable/receivable
∎ Experiencing using office management software, including word processing software and spreadsheets
∎ Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with few errors
∎ Strong communication skills
∎ Ability to multitask
