∎ BBA/ MBA (Post Graduation Degree in HR preferable)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performs all the activities related to HR operations and administrative support for the company.
∎ Maintain updated leave status of all employees
∎ Maintain updated attendance records of all employee
∎ Maintain updated HR information, organizational chart and other data base
∎ To ensure smooth employee transition including appointment, confirmation, transfers, contract renewal, job separation etc in a timely and effective manner within the organizational policies and procedures
∎ Assist in recruitment process that includes - collecting manpower requisition, job analysis, preparation of job descriptions, identification of key performance areas, person specifications and advertising
∎ Ensure that all documents & reporting are compliant with corporate HR policies and procedures
∎ Assist in performance appraisal process by distributing and collecting assessment forms of all categories, summarize with analytical presentation and submit to the management for decision.
∎ Accumulate all the promotion proposal, job confirmation proposal, mid-term promotion/salary review proposal, special increment proposal and submit the summarized report to the management for decision.
∎ Responsible for maintaining updated pay and benefit information by updating CTC time to time such upon joining, confirmation, promotion, increment, special increment, bonus and others benefits entitlements and advise Finance & Accounts Department for the payment by following income Tax rules.
∎ Responsible for issuing ID card, business card and others printing job
∎ Maintaining updated fixed asset register (furniture & fixture, IT equipment, office equipment, machinery, chair, table etc)
∎ To ensure neat and tidiness of the office premises
∎ Prepare and manage admin budget
∎ Prepare and manage policies, procedures of administration, so that organizational resources are used in an efficient and effective manner
∎ Manage the administrative team that includes executives, front desk officers, office assistants/boy, drivers and other support staffs
∎ Ensure all necessary procurement, logistic and admin support in times of emergency response
∎ Focal point for maintain liaison with government agencies for approvals, registration renewal etc.
∎ Maintain good liaison with the utility suppliers and other vendors
∎ Supervise deployment of common services staff, e.g. Fax and Telephone Operator, Caretaker, Security Guards, Drivers, Peons, Cleaners etc.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
