Versatilo Group is a multinational business conglomerate operating across the UK, Middle East, Malaysia, and India. We are also the holding company of Hello Superstars, a newly launched social media application.

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and result-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive with expertise in social media marketing, SEO, paid advertising, monetization, and content management. Candidates with practical experience in digital marketing and performance campaigns will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and publish content on social media platforms and websites.

• Manage content posting, engagement, and moderation for the Hello Superstars app.

• Write creative scripts, captions, blogs, and promotional content.

• Plan, execute, and optimize Social Media Marketing (SMM) strategies.

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) campaigns.

• Work with Google AdSense and other monetization platforms.

• Develop and implement content and platform monetization strategies.

• Analyze social media insights, paid campaign data, and digital performance metrics.

• Implement and manage server-side tracking (Meta Conversion API, Pixel, GA4, etc.).

• Maintain content calendars, marketing databases, and performance reports.

• Handle customer service (CS) activities and online communications.

• Coordinate with celebrities, creators, influencers, designers, and internal teams.

• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and user inquiries.

• Monitor social media trends and recommend content improvements.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance, engagement, and ROI reports.

• Support additional management and operational tasks when required.

• Must have working knowledge of SEO (On-page & basic Off-page).
