Internship Role: Hotel Management Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with front desk operations, guest check-ins, and reservations
- Coordinate guest services and ensure excellent customer experiences
- Help manage bookings, feedback, and inquiries both online and offline
- Support day-to-day operations of housekeeping, food service, and guest activities
- Contribute to hospitality marketing and event coordination efforts
- Maintain guest records and help ensure service quality standards
