∎ Physical Features: Sound Health, energetic and presentable.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensures Outstanding customer care at all times.
∎ Approves assigned employee payroll documents, payables.
∎ Directly supervises, and manages the business activity of the hotel.
∎ Creates, monitors, and reviews a variety of business reports such as sales reports, inventory reports, budget reports
∎ Meet or exceed Gross Operating Profit (GOP) and flow through goals.
∎ Develop and monitor the performance of financial and operational plans/budgets and sales and marketing plans for the hotel which support the overall objectives of the corporation.
∎ Achieve and maintain Overall Satisfaction Score (OSS) goals
∎ Ensure that food and beverage profitability and revenue goals are met or exceeded by ensuring optimal use of banquet/outlet space and the cost effective management of the hotel's food and beverage outlets.
∎ Achieve satisfactory results on internal audits and Controls Self-Assessment (CSA).
∎ Actively promote employee participation in the Employee Satisfaction Pulse Survey (ESPS).
∎ Maximize individual potential through a positive commitment to training and development and succession planning at all levels, in order to meet current and future hotel staffing demands addressing business issues.
∎ Takes responsibility in the absence of the Hotel Manager and Assistant Hotel Manager.
∎ Produces hotel front desk schedules
∎ Participates in the budget and forecast reporting
∎ Ensures time and attendance policies and payroll are accurately reflected.
∎ Attends meetings as required.
∎ Ensures front desk supplies are stocked and computer equipment functioning properly.
∎ Oversees the business center and ensures the area is clean and guest ready at all times.
∎ Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
