Responsibilities & Context:
Greet all patients with appropriate manners & courtesy.
Maintaining the patient`s admission & discharge process.
Prepare invoices for registration, consultation, investigations through software.
Payment collection from indoor and outdoor patients.
Process the transaction in an appropriate manner.
Identify the patient correctly by name, Patient ID, and age/Date of birth.
Well conversant about all kind of test.
Make liaison with corporate clients for smooth transactions from time to time and give feedback to the authority.
coordinate with other departments Listen to the patient`s queries/complaints and address the issue by himself/herself.
Management of the front desk/reception counters.
Perform any other reasonable task that may be assigned to them by the supervisor/Authority from time to time.
