• Only Male

• Non-commissioned retired defense personnel(Army/Navy/Air Force) are encouraged to apply.

• Educational Qualifications will be relaxed for retired ex-defence personnel.

• He is overall responsible for both Academic and Administrative issues of the hostel.

• Responsible for ensuring routines are followed, including meal times, bedtimes and all other daily activities.

• Responsible for Safety, security, punctuality, taking care of students, communication with parents, and management.

• Checking the Housekeeping work of Hostel, Washroom hygiene & sanitation.Discipline among students of the hostels.

• Look into the grievances/complaints of the students.

• Responsible for addressing medical and personal emergencies of all students.

• Ensure safety and security of all students at all times.

• To ensure maintenance of discipline in and around the Hostel.

• To ensure that no ragging takes place in the hostel and maintain a ragging-free hostel.

• Ensure no damage to the hostel furniture and fittings and timely repair and maintenance of the hostel.

• Registers & reports Maintenance.

• It’s a 24/7 job, the person should have the mentality to work according to this schedule.

• Any other duties assigned by Management.
