Residential Teacher, Hostel Tutor, or in a similar position at a reputed educational institution will be given preference.
Experience in student supervision, academic mentoring, counselling and hostel management will be considered an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Provide academic support and guidance to hostel students.
Conduct supervised study sessions and monitor students' academic progress.
Maintain discipline, ensure student welfare, and create a conducive learning environment within the hostel.
Coordinate with academic and administrative authorities regarding students' performance and well-being.
Remain available on campus as required by institutional regulations.
