Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for HR initiatives which include recruitment, promotion, performance review Process. training & development, compensation & benefits etc.
∎ Formulate career development plans in befitting manner.
∎ Supervise HR personnel administration.
∎ Evaluate training and development programs.
∎ Develop HR & service rules policies for company as and when needed.
∎ Analyze the effectiveness of our HR procedures and tools.
∎ Ensure HR plans align with our mission and business objectives.
∎ Ensure compliance with company's rules and as well as labor laws.
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the concerned committee from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience as Executive Vice President of HR or equivalent position of financial institution is preferred.
∎ Experience in strategic planning,
∎ Sound knowledge of all HR functions.
∎ Hands-on experience with HRM systems.
∎ Good understanding of labor legislation.
∎ Excellent leadership abilities.
∎ Communication and problem-solving skills.
∎ 15 years working experience in the field.
∎ Rank-up to Senior Executive Vice President commensurate with the experiences & extra educational background.
∎ Language: Good command over Bengali and English (both writing & speaking).
