∎ Advocate Associate with At least 02 (two) Years’ Experience in the High Court and 02 years in the Lower Court:

∎ Haque and Karim Legal Consortium, an Eskaton based Law Firm, Headed by Barrister Ziaul Haque Sarker, Advocate, Appellate Division, is looking for HIGH COURT DIVISION ENROLLED Advocates for the following job responsibilities:
∎
∎ ·       Conferencing with the clients for details initial information, receive documents, keeping in touch with clients and follow-up.
∎ ·       Doing relevant research, Drafting petition/case for High Court and Lower court matters
∎ ·       Drafting opinion on various legal issues
∎ ·       Appearing before the High court and Lower Court, tribunals,
∎ ·       Co-ordinates with the Govt. office such as RJSC etc.
∎
∎ Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience in litigation work in the High Court Division and 02 years in the Lower Court is required.
∎
∎ Salary is negotiable according to experience.
∎ Final Salary will be evaluated based on the First Month’s performance.
∎ 03 months probationary period. Other benefits will be provided after probation.
∎ Performance Bonus will be offered after 06 months/earlier if eligible.
