Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conferencing with the clients for details initial information, receive documents and follow-up for the preparing a case;
∎ Doing relevant research, Drafting petition/case for High Court and District court matters;
∎ Drafting opinion under guidance on various legal issues;
∎ Appearing before High Court, District Court, Land tribunals, Labour Court on the assigned cases;
∎ Co-ordinates with the Govt. office such as RJSC etc. Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience in litigation work in the High Court Division and 02 years in the Lower Court is required. Salary: Negotiable. 03 months probationary period. Other benefits will be provided after the period of probation. Performance Bonus will be offered after 06 months/earlier if eligible. ∎ Conferencing with the clients for details initial information, receive documents and follow-up for the preparing a case;
