Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Arts/Social Science (BA or BSS) from recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Health education
∎ Counseling
∎ Post operative patient care duties specially during camps
∎ Help Lab Technologist and X-ray Technician
∎ Carry out Social Behavioral Change Communication
∎ Responsible for health education to outdoor patients.
∎ Counseling of VIA patients (CCST) prior & after test with proper advice.
∎ Counseling of the outdoor patient, regarding Medicine, Advice given & follow-up for proper management.
∎ Responsible for counseling & taking concern for any procedure, interventions, or surgeries during secondary health camps.
∎ Will have to take care of post-operative duties during Medical camps.
∎ Responsible to make list of selected surgical/medical patients.
∎ Responsible to assist Lab Technologist for ECG as well as X-ray Technician for x-ray service of female patients when needed.
∎ Responsible for any assign work as per advice by concerned authority.
∎ Client care issues:
∎ Need to show empathy to the patients.
∎ Need to explain all the procedure and treatment to the patients.
∎ Working environment:
∎ The own service area will be his or her own responsibility, everything related to patients counselling, health education & information will be his or her own duty and accountability to be fulfilled.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Work experience in relevant field specially from any recognized hospital/clinic.
∎ Excellent communication skills and desire to learn.
∎ High commitment & motivation to work in remote places specially in riverine areas
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
