Educational Requirements:
∎ Honor's degree in any discipline. or other relevant discipline or relevant experience.
∎ Any degree in the Education Department/ Specific Education areas will be an advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and monitor the continuous improvement of teachers' quality through class observations and feedback.
∎ Provide support to Supervisor in ensuring and checking the deliverables from the Teachers, such as students' academic updates, syllabus completion reports, assessment tools, etc. and assist supervisor for school marketing
∎ Provide support in data collection and surveys in all areas of academic activities for ensuring quality education
∎ Help the supervisor in developing policies/procedures for the effective implementation of academic activities in School. Such as rules & regulations for the students, teachers, and all staff
∎ Ensure timely completion and submission of the necessary documents.
∎ Along with Supervisor, guide, evaluate and determine the priorities of the assigned teachers to ensure the standard of education.
∎ To provide support in scoping for students' development, mainly the students who require special attention.
∎ Provide support during staff and teachers recruitment for schools when required.
∎ Provide support in proper management of school logistics and budgets.
∎ Manage active and effective communication with students, parents, general public and media etc when required .
∎ Take responsibility for the personal and professional development of the teachers (Staffs, when applicable) throughout the year along with related teams.
∎ Provide support in organizing events with other assigned teams in the school when required.
∎ Maintain proper communication with the supervisor to keep him/her updated with the overall school activities.
∎ Necessary support to Admin, and HR, and ensure involvement in related events or activities
∎ Any other duties that are assigned by the supervisor.

∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience Requirements: The applicants 3 to 5year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Education Coordinator/Principal /Vice Princial/ School Administration/ Management in ENGLISH VERSION SCHOOL OR COLLEGE Teaching Position
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Child sponsorship program / NGO
∎ Experience in a relevant field is preferred, especially as an School Administration/ Management in ENGLISH VERSION SCHOOL OR COLLEGE Teaching Position.
∎ Experience to work with underprivileged children will get preference.
∎ Experience in teaching in the Primary education field will be an advantage.
∎ Candidate should have excellent communication skills both in English & Bangla (Speaking and Writing).
∎ Have the leadership skills to motivate and manage teachers.
∎ Have excellent knowledge of primary school curriculum.
∎ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
∎ Has to be proactive, self-motivating, and hardworking.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
