∎ At least Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering preferably major in wet processing.
∎ Educational qualifications may be relaxed for highly experienced & capable candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Washing Plant
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fully responsible for Marketing, Production, Quality and on time delivery of a 100% export oriented woven washing factory.
∎ To ensure maximum efficiency of all machines, optimum production, on-time delivery of goods, and standard quality.
∎ Prepare and monitor monthly budget to achieve company goals.
∎ Ensure product safety and quality.
∎ Plan, organize, lead & control total activity of a Washing factory in order to achieve the target set by management.
∎ Ensure and maintain safe, clean and organized floor.
∎ Ensure proper house-keeping in the production floor .
∎ Research & Development for all wash processes for the sample.
∎ Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage.
∎ Maintain operational guidelines, procedures and practices.
∎ Manage, monitor and improve operational performance through process improvement, worker training, and technology upgrade.
∎ Manage work in progress costing, quality and tracking.
∎ To minimize chemical cost & water usage.
∎ To maintain proper safety measures in the factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ At least 20 years working experience in reputed oven washing plants, at least 5 years as Head of a Washing plant.
Salary: Negotiable
