∎ Job Location : Head Office, Motijheel, Dhaka-1000

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Schedule orientations and related training events for individuals and team
∎ Observe sales encounters and conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
∎ Help determine the training needs for individuals and sales teams.
∎ Monitor sales objectives and results.
∎ Collect feedback from trainees and managers abuts training courses.
∎ Report on impact of training programs (e.g sales achieved, skill improvement etc)
∎ Stay updated with current insurance market trends and the changing demands of corporate sales environment.
∎ Motivational training for sales process.
∎ Presentation of Company profiles and insurance policy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 years with 5 (Five) years working experience in senior level motivational training for sale process in the related filed.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Must be a team leader with good presentation skill.
∎ Should have positive attitude.
∎ Ability to maintain self-exposure in a high pressure work place.
∎ Computer Literacy.
