Additional Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in health insurance & Individuals claims or relevant field will be an advantage

  • Prior experience in the Health Insurance & Individuals Claims Department of an insurance company will be preferred

  • Fresh graduates with strong interest and capability are also encouraged to apply.

  • For the positions of Senior Executive, candidates must have 2–3 years of experience not only in claims-related functions but also in Health Insurance sales.

  • Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, E-mail and other office applications.

  • Good communication skills in both Bangla and English

  • Strong analytical ability, accuracy, and attention to detail

Position Title:

Senior Executive / Officer

Department: Health Insurance & Individual Claim

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive, review, and process health insurance & Individual claim applications

  • Verify claim-related documents including discharge certificates, bills, medical reports, etc.

  • Communicate regularly with hospitals, diagnostic centers, policyholders, and service providers

  • Ensure claim settlement in accordance with policy terms, conditions, and company guidelines

  • Prepare and maintain claim files, records, and database updates

  • Coordinate with relevant internal departments for timely claim processing

  • Assist seniors and perform any other duties assigned by the management
