∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 3-5 years in e-commerce or digital platforms.
∎ Strong expertise in e-commerce platforms (Shopify Plus, Magento, Opencart, or custom-built solutions).
∎ Experience in cloud computing (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), microservices, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
∎ Deep understanding of web & mobile development technologies (React, Node.js, Python, Java, or equivalent stacks).Strong knowledge of data analytics, AI, and personalization technologies.
∎ Proven experience in managing large-scale digital transformation and scaling e-commerce operations.
∎ Hands-on experience with API integrations, payment gateways, logistics, and CRM systems.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

∎ Team Management & Growth: Lead and mentor a team of developers, engineers, and IT professionals, fostering innovation and collaboration.
∎ Scalability & Performance: Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of digital infrastructure.
∎ Innovation & Emerging Technologies: Introduce AI, machine learning, automation, and data-driven solutions to enhance user experience and business operations.
∎ Vendor & Partner Management: Collaborate with third-party technology partners, SaaS providers, and agencies for integrations and optimizations.
∎ Cybersecurity & Compliance: Implement best practices for data security, privacy regulations, and fraud prevention.
∎ Data & Analytics: Leverage analytics and insights to drive personalization, conversion optimization, and customer engagement.
∎ Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with executives, marketing, and operations teams to align technology initiatives with business growth.
∎ As the Head of Technology, you will be responsible for setting the technological vision and strategy for our e-commerce business. You will oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of digital platforms, ensuring robust, scalable, and customer-centric solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, operations, and customer service, to drive growth and efficiency through technology.
