Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Technical & R&D team in the Wash Department. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in denim/non-denim washing, innovation, and process development. This position demands a strong technical mindset, leadership skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in wash techniques and product quality.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the technical team for the development and execution of new wash processes.
Oversee R&D activities for new washing techniques aligned with fashion trends and sustainability.
Collaborate with production, merchandising, and quality teams to ensure buyer satisfaction and technical compliance.
Ensure all wash recipes and chemical usage follow environmental and safety regulations.
Conduct trial runs, analyze results, and optimize wash effects and garment quality.
Maintain detailed documentation of processes, test reports, and innovation records.
Work closely with chemical suppliers and external labs for innovation and compliance testing.
Monitor daily production-related technical issues and provide immediate solutions
