Ability to manage tight timelines and multiple priorities.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
Sinha Knit Industries Ltd., 100% export- oriented sweater manufacturer, is looking for an experienced and technically sound professional to lead our Technical & FIT section under the Quality Department. The ideal candidate will ensure product development accuracy, technical integrity, and FIT consistency across all stages of production.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead technical and FIT operations for all product categories.
Analyze and interpret buyer tech packs, size specifications, and construction details.
Supervise sample developments, size set, pre-production, and shipment sample FIT approvals.
Ensure garment measurement, FIT, construction, and workmanship meet buyer requirements.
Collaborate closely with merchandising, production, and QA teams for technical guidance.
Conduct technical risk assessments and suggest necessary precautions during production.
Provide training and technical support to quality and production teams.
Work directly with buyers’ technical teams for development and issue resolution.
