Educational Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Amusement Park, Hotel, Resort

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of emergency procedures.
∎ Conduct investigation of all losses of Park assets and refers to proper management for disposition.
∎ Deploy security staff to effectively monitor and protect Park assets.
∎ Comply with all safety and security management guidelines and procedures.
∎ Conduct periodic patrols of entire property and parking areas.
∎ Handle complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
∎ Explain and promote Waterpark rules and regulations.
∎ Ensure bags and belongings are properly checked and advise patrons of items not permitted in the facility.
∎ Identify and make recommendations for minimizing physical hazards and unsafe work practices.
∎ Implement action plans to monitor and control risk.
∎ Maintain required reports and documentation regarding patrols of Park and parking areas.
∎ Celebrate successes by publicly recognizing the contributions of team members.
∎ Communicate the importance of safety procedures, detailing procedure codes, ensuring employee understanding of safety codes, monitoring processes and procedures related to safety.
∎ Encourage and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
∎ Identify the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills.
∎ Provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
∎ Serve as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.
∎ Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocate sound financial/business decision making; demonstrate honesty/integrity; leads by example.
∎ Maintain a log book documenting violations and significant occurrences.
∎ Refer occurrences or violations of a serious or criminal nature to the concern authority. Report all accidents and unsafe conditions.
∎ Check and secure buildings and facilities.
∎ Coordinate with Government agencies as and when required.
∎ Maintain public relations with the guests and local administration.
∎ Remain vigilant for signs of criminal and/or suspicious behavior and initiate the appropriate steps to report/follow up on incidents.
∎ Provide First Aid care to park visitors in distress and render assistance in emergency situations, including traffic and crowd control, and emergency maintenance.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by the Park management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Good writing and communication skills in English.
∎ Good command in report writing
∎ Ability to organize work, plan activities and set priorities.
∎ A friendly and pleasant personality with the ability to demonstrate maturity and sound judgement.
∎ Standard First Aid and CPR Certification.
∎ Ability to work outside in all types of weather, including heat and humidity.
∎ Ability to work weekends, holidays, and sometimes based on business necessity.
∎ Creativity, flexibility, and problem-solving capabilities.
∎ Excellent organizational and administrative skills, and attention to detail.
∎ Strong Leadership skills.
∎ People management skills.
