Responsibilities & Context:

The Sales Head will oversee all retail and online sales operations for LUDAS, ensuring synergy between physical stores, e-commerce platforms and customer service. This role is key to driving revenue growth, building high performance sales teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences-both in-store and online.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Channel Planning

  • Design and execute channel-wise sales strategies for both retail and online.

  • Lead promotional campaigns, seasonal discount planning, and revenue forecasting.

  • Ensure targets are aligned with business goals and inventory capabilities.

Retail Sales Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all LUDAS outlets.

  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and in-store conversion rates.

  • Coordinate with the production and warehouse teams to ensure consistent product flow.

Online Sales & E-Commerce

  • Manage LUDAS’s e-commerce website and social commerce performance.

  • Ensure product listings, pricing, and creative visuals are optimized for sales.

  • Oversee online customer service, order fulfillment, and delivery tracking.

Sales Team Leadership

  • Land train both in-store sales staff and online support personnel.

  • Set clear sales targets and incentives to boost team motivation and performance.

  • Conduct regular evaluations and coaching to ensure team development.

Customer Insights & Experience

  • Monitor customer interactions, complaints, and feedback across all platforms.

  • Analyze buying behavior to refine marketing and product strategies.

  • Enhance loyalty and retention through customer-centric solutions.

Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports by channel.

  • Collaborate with marketing, inventory, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
