The Sales Head will oversee all retail and online sales operations for LUDAS, ensuring synergy between physical stores, e-commerce platforms and customer service. This role is key to driving revenue growth, building high performance sales teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences-both in-store and online.
Design and execute channel-wise sales strategies for both retail and online.
Lead promotional campaigns, seasonal discount planning, and revenue forecasting.
Ensure targets are aligned with business goals and inventory capabilities.
Retail Sales Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of all LUDAS outlets.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and in-store conversion rates.
Coordinate with the production and warehouse teams to ensure consistent product flow.
Online Sales & E-Commerce
Manage LUDAS’s e-commerce website and social commerce performance.
Ensure product listings, pricing, and creative visuals are optimized for sales.
Oversee online customer service, order fulfillment, and delivery tracking.
Sales Team Leadership
Land train both in-store sales staff and online support personnel.
Set clear sales targets and incentives to boost team motivation and performance.
Conduct regular evaluations and coaching to ensure team development.
Customer Insights & Experience
Monitor customer interactions, complaints, and feedback across all platforms.
Analyze buying behavior to refine marketing and product strategies.
Enhance loyalty and retention through customer-centric solutions.
Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports by channel.
Collaborate with marketing, inventory, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
